E-Bike Prizes Add Momentum for Micromobility Conference

Sydney, NSW

Australia’s first Micromobility Conference & Expo isn’t just enabling people to see and experience the latest in active transport and e-mobility – it’s giving participants at the conference the chance to win a top-brand e-bike.

Everyone who registers for the Micromobility Conference, being held in Sydney on 25th and 26th November, is in the running to win one of two Momentum e-bikes, each valued at $3,999.

Momentum is the dedicated urban and lifestyle brand from the world’s largest designer and manufacturer of bicycles, Giant Group, which also produces Giant and Liv bicycles.

Anyone who registers for one or both days of the conference will be eligible to win either a Momentum Transend E+ or a Momentum Vida E+.

Both high-quality urban commuter-style bikes feature Yamaha mid-drive motors, aluminium frames and top-quality components.

Momentum e-bikes offer a smooth, refined ride, with a more upright, relaxed riding position, ideal for zipping around town.

One Momentum bike will be drawn at the end of each day at the Micromobility Conference. All conference delegates present in the room will be eligible to win.

Sydney’s Royal Randwick Racecourse will host the two-day event, bringing together leading players in micromobility in Australia and around the world.

Many of the industry’s top business operators, lobbyists, academics and technical experts will present at the conference, to share and discuss ideas and the latest developments in the booming active transport sector.

Digital integration, multimodal transport, e-scooter parking and safety, last-mile deliveries, ride to school safety, and the future of active transport infrastructure are among the topics being discussed during a busy two-day schedule of speakers.

“It will address many of the transport issues confronting governments, transport planners and engineers throughout Australia and countries around the globe,” according to the conference’s MC and We Ride Australia Director – National Advocacy, Stephen Hodge.

“The conference is bringing together many leading minds and entrepreneurs in the industry, to consider how people move through their cities, suburbs and towns, within the bigger picture of reaching net-zero targets, cutting traffic congestion and creating healthier, more connected communities.

“Success stories from various countries will be showcased by the people behind those ventures, offering invaluable insight to the ways Australia can achieve cost-effective and fast-pace change towards sustainable and accessible active transport.”

The conference will be accompanied on both days by the Micromobility Expo, featuring more than 30 companies showcasing the latest in e-bikes, electric skateboards, scooters and cargo bikes.

The expo will also include test tracks with the Royal Randwick grounds for participants to try many of the vehicles on display.
