Announcing Team Changes and Event Manager Search

Wollongong, NSW

The first annual Micromobility Conference and Expo is rapidly approaching on 25th – 26th November and we’re looking to hire an Event Manager.

The part-time permanent position is open to anyone who is able to work from home and is based in Sydney, Melbourne or anywhere in between.

If you’re interested or know someone who might be, there’s more information on our Seek advertisement here, or please contact me if that advertisement is no longer live when you read this.

Meanwhile, it’s always bittersweet to announce changes to our team – sad to see a star leave but exciting to welcome two new stars on board.

Linda Brown, who has been with us for almost five years, is leaving to have more time for raising her four children – yes, she’s always busy!

Any of our customers who have interacted with Linda at all over the years would know that she’s given outstanding service. I’d like to take this opportunity to publicly thank Linda for always going the extra mile and to wish you well in the next phase of your life.

With typical thoughtfulness, Linda gave us eight weeks’ notice which allowed time to hire not one but two specialists who will fill the diverse aspects of Linda’s former role.

Henny Williams
Marli Older

Henny Williams is our new Office Manager. Henny is a highly experienced, qualified book-keeper and former business owner who will be managing all our client accounts and administration.

Marli Older will be our Media Manager, in charge of maintaining our websites, social media, newsletters, advertising production for clients and all other graphic and media related tasks. Marli completed a Bachelor of Creative Arts with distinction and has had solid career experience as a Graphic Artist.

They join our small team that also includes Scott Green (Journalist / Editor), Ed Price (Media Sales Manager), John Hardwick (Product Editor) and myself (Phil Latz – Publisher).

I have much pleasure in publicly welcoming Henny and Marli to our team!
