Our location means we get a heavy commuting traffic in the mornings and evenings Mon-Fri and solid recreational traffic during the weekends. The company prides itself on a strong customer service focus, customers have come to expect and enjoy this service, so any potential candidate will need to show that they will be able to live up to that expectation.
Fulltime Mechanic
This leading bicycle retailer is looking to secure an established mechanic on a full time basis for the long term. The successful candidate will have been working in a commercial workshop environment for at least 5 years and be committed to the occupation.
The Role
The role will involve Bike Service Assessment, fulfillment and Quality Control. You will be required to work with customers, establishing and fulfilling their expectations. The successful candidate will be a valuable team member but have the confidence and knowledge to work autonomously. Due to the high volume of work in this demanding position, the successful applicant will need to have a full understanding of productivity to cost ratio along with quality of work produced.
Having experience with E-Bikes would be looked upon favourably and the successful candidate would be remunerated appropriately.
